Since March, Corona Virus has made an already difficult situation for our most vulnerable clients, even harder.

The most vulnerable people in our communities, who are also potentially most at risk can be isolated with little to no money to pay for soaring food prices.

With the help and support of Islamic Relief, Leeds City Council, the Barakah team, BAK Foundation, DEFRA, Abu Bakr, Community Foundation, Just Care and Fareshare we have been able to distribute over 4,500 food parcels (equating to over 20,000 meals !) as well as essential toiletries and food vouchers to struggling families. Our fabulous volunteers, who have given over 2,000 hours of their time, have delivered food parcels to over 1,300 families but they also ensured that over a 100 families were able to celebrate Eid al-fitr with delivery of presents despite pandemic lockdown.

We are still collecting funds to help provide food parcels and essential goods as the Covid-19 crisis continues
Please give generously to ensure we can continue to meet the ever-growing need during this crisis. We accept zakat, sadaqa or general donations.
