At Give A Gift, we are dedicated to addressing health inequalities and fostering holistic well-being within our target community. Our multifaceted Health and Well-being Project is tailored to meet the diverse needs of individuals of refugee and asylum seeker background and those living in poverty. Encompassing mental health support, physical activity initiatives and social engagement opportunities, we recognise that health needs in these communities require a holistic response.

What We Do:
- Mental Health Support: We offer a range of confidential counseling services, support groups, and workshops to promote mental wellness and resilience. Our staff provide compassionate guidance and resources to those navigating mental health challenges.
- Physical Activity: Our goal is to empower individuals to lead active lifestyles and prioritise their physical health. Through our inclusive exercise classes, outdoor recreational activities, and youth sessions, participants have the opportunity to improve their physical fitness and overall well-being.
- Social Groups: We recognise the importance of social connections in promoting mental and emotional well-being. Our social groups provide opportunities for individuals to connect, build friendships, and engage in meaningful activities together. These social gatherings foster a sense of belonging and support and help relive isolation within a community that is often vulnerable and isolated.
